Hello everyone!
Did you know that cats are considered crepuscular, not nocturnal? This means that they are active in the twilight hours; dawn and dusk. They are otherwise sleeping away the time with the occasional break to do whatever they see fit. This lifestyle means that they sleep about two-thirds of the time, or roughly 70%. Young and old cats will sleep more with seniors needing about twenty hours of rest, and newborn kittens needing almost twenty-four.
